Facilities available for public use
Chubb House is available for rental for a wide variety of public uses and is air conditioned for comfort. It provides a warm and friendly setting for intimate gatherings of families, small receptions, and parties of up to 40 people. Suitable events include, for example, showers, birthday parties, and small organization or group meetings. Guests can gather around the warm and friendly fireplace to relax, and to enjoy the beautiful setting with historic Lake Sisseton in the background. The back yard is suitable for picnics. Food service can be arranged. Tours can be arranged upon request.
